Question: what happens in inflammatory bowel diseases

it is a disorder/disease of the gut wherein the cells lining our gut are inflamed and result in discomfort of the bowel in addition to other symptoms like loss of appetite, bleeding, extreme chronic fatigue. It is a life-long disease if not treated and diagnosed properly
