Drug overdose is typically characterised (depending on the kind of drug) by some adverse reactions. Again, depending on the drug and the extent of overdose, symptoms can include vomitting, nausea, allergic reactions, pain in some cases and in very very rare cases death. Most drugs come with instructions of dosage and physician advice is generally followed.
