  No, I don’t work with weed for my project personally. There is a lot of interest in the use of cannabinoid molecules, the “active agent” in substances like weed, for treating cancer but the research is still in its relatively early stages!
  
  I work with other kinds of organic molecules called naphthyridines, benzimidazoles and pyrazolopyrimidines – a chemistry degree certainly teaches you how to say a lot of long words!
