      I definitely don’t work individually all the time. I work with colleagues, informally discussing problems and potential solutions, and I also have formal collaborations set up with the mathematics department, where we work on a big problem together.

      Most scientists collaborate for their work – it is very rare for someone to work alone all the time nowadays.
