• Question: What would happen if the world spun 2x faster?

      What an interesting question, Scarlett! I’m not a physicist but I reckon if the world spun twice as fast our days would become 12 h long instead of 24 h which would affect our work pattern. Would we work in shorter shifts and sleep twice during the day?
      This cycle of sunlight mat affect how our crops grow.
      I think our weather would be affected as well as the tides. What do you think would happen?

      I think gravity would get a lot stronger and the world would seem a lot heavier as well!
