Question: Have you seen any of your drugs make a difference?

Yes, but not in any patients yet. I have been able to see individual cancer cells respond to the drugs I’ve made by looking at a sample of cells down a microscope. If my molecules continue to work, maybe in a few years some molecules that look a bit like mine that have been further developed by other chemists, they might be tested in animals, and maybe after that if I’m really lucky…cancer patients!
