• Question: Could there be new drugs in the future to replace vaccines and injections?

      Yes! I think that current methods for treatments of lots of different things can be a combination of injections/tablets/creams etc.
      Vaccines are a bit different, in that it prevents you from getting ill in the first place. This is much better way of approaching keeping people well, as prevention is much easier than curing. Vaccines have changed the world for the better, to the point where we are actually able to think about eradicating diseases – if they don’t exist we don’t have to worry about making new drugs for them!
